Dr Pittinger has been a literal life saver. I started seeing her weekly over three years ago for cognitive therapy for ptsd and I found her to be very helpful. Ive tried a few other therapist throughout my life that had more radical approaches but I felt worse when they didn’t work , dr Pittinger has shown me that there is no miracle cure for complex ptsd it is something you have to manage throughout your life but through cognitive treatments and forming new habits you can find some peace .
