Dr Nelson is such a pleasant, knowledgeable and kind doctor. She speaks to you in a tone that allows you to feel safe and relaxed. She explains everything in a manner to which the patient can understand. Yes, Dr Nelson may have some long wait times, but that’s because she spends the time needed with you. Explaining surgery and all the information coming along with that certain surgery takes care and patience- especially if the patient already is apprehensive or scared of the unknown! Very unprofessional. Emergency Doctor refer me here but its been 14 days they are not receiving any call or reply any mail. I went visited in person there, their office is closed. I ask somebody in Nelsons Building They told me sometimes they closed Their office without notifying anyone. Do waste your time dor this Doctor.
Does excellent work, but her booking procedure and communication with patients has become terrible. Office no longer returns calls. Assistant repeatedly offers to provide information, booking dates, etc. but does not do so. Each time there is a different excuse and a new story that is different from the previous one. I backed out of a surgery because I worried that if I had any complications, I would not be able to get support. Dr. Nelson is excellent. Very professional, great bedside manner, and she explains the surgical procedure at the level of understanding for the patient. She patiently answered all my questions. Her follow up post surgery was excellent as well. I recommended Dr Nelson to a friend and she thought the same as me about her experience with Dr Nelson. If you are interested in breast reduction surgery, Dr Nelson and her practice is your best option.
I don’t understand the bad reviews on here. Dr Nelson was great doing my triggering hands. Highly recommended.
