We brought our beloved Boxer in to see Dr Voelkert, and to be completely transparent had no idea what to expect. When we entered the office we were met with smiles and people who understood we were nervous and scared for our pet. Gibbs our 7.85 year old Boxer had hurt something in his body on a walk and he had been crying out in pain every time he either got up, turned wrong, or just tried to do dog things. I brought my 20 week old puppy here today for her second visit since birth. She was first seen at Lucky Ranch where she was born! Dr. Byron Voelkert took his time with us today; I was not rushed at all. To my delight he gave me quite the education! I truly appreciate how he explained EVERYTHING to me and he answered ALL of my questions (I had many!).
