Rebecca was understanding to my needs. I came in not hearing well after two visits I was able to hear clearly
Horrible experience highly priced and after we were charged the staff turned careless. My daughter had surgery on Wednesday that required her to be out of school they refused to had me the note for school the day of surgery staff rudely pushed off my calls where I got no information or ignored my voicemail I did not here back from the staff till it was the day before she was supposed to go back to school and they told me I could drive and pick up the note when I mentioned I lived two hours away they hung up on me.
She is the best ENT I have ever been to. She knew exactly what was going on, and I am already feeling much better. I highly recommend her.
She was very thorough, addressing all my problems and answering all my questions. I felt she cared about me and was genuinely interested in helping me.
