Appointment was easy to get. Office staff is very nice. Doctor was on time and thorough.
My visit was excellent. Dr Brandsted was able to rule out my ears as the cause of my dizziness. She was also able to diagnose that my gerd was not under control and increased my medicine. Dr Brandsted suggested that I see my cardiologist to rule out increased heart problems. I am very please with the guidance she has given me.
This was my follow up visit after visiting the walk in ENT urgent care a week earlier. Dr. Brandsted took time to talk with me and explain my condition, and prescribe medicine to help with my GERD, and also to reassure me that my sinus infection has cleared up and nothing else nefarious is going on. It was a helpful visit and I was glad to get it in before the bad weather hit.
Front office is quick and efficient. Dr is amazing.
Dr Brandsted and staff were very kind helpful and courteous. Highly recommend them for treatment.
