Absolutely awful experience. She was very uncaring and rude, and she diagnosed me with a condition without giving me any information on it. I felt totally in the dark - I had to do a ton of research on my own and am still learning new things about the condition months later. She was also very harsh when doing a procedure on me, which caused me some damage as a result.
