Dr. Aft entered the room with a smile and her hand extended in greeting. She made direct eye contact and spoke with kindness, professionalism, sensitivity and incredible knowledge. Dr. Aft did my double mastectomy 3 weeks ago. She did not offer any recommendations on treatment plans even though I specifically asked for her opinion. After surgery she did not come and talk to me or update any of my family. She did not seem to want to answer my questions on my follow up visit. She refused to refill pain meds. I told her how much pain I was in. It was a struggle to even get up to use the restroom much less do the work to heal.
