My 92 year old mother was given an appointment but then cancelled and told to go to an urgent care due to her flu like symptoms for blood work and a chest xray . What is the purpose of a primary who does not take care of their own patients!? The Urgent care refused to do an xray and the MD office told my mother to go to the ER!!! How ridiculous and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
