front office women who answer your phones are rude as hell and i hung up on them to go to another office. ridiculous.
Front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. As a new patient, I had to wait 4 months for an appointment - fine. But on the MORNING of my appointment, I received an aggressive voice mail saying the office never received my insurance information, for which they never asked, and if I didn't call back within the hour, the appointment would be cancelled. When I did call them, I complained about the tone of the voice mail and told them no one ever asked for that information, I was met with excuses, justification for rude behavio... read more
