I was a patient of Dr. Case 19 years ago in St. Albans, WV and as a result of a thorough physical she gave me she referred me to a urologist to get a prostate biopsy. The result was that I had cancer, but it was caught so early that I had successful surgery and I have been cancer free for almost 19 years now. I thank Dr. Case for her care. She was terrific.
Okay, so.... I am a middle-aged, obese woman with a lot of insecurities about doctors and hospitals (mostly because of my weight but for other reasons too). I had to have a simple procedure done that I waited a year to do because I just didn't want to go to the doctor. Dr. Case was SO NICE. She didn't make fun of me for being a huge baby. And the procedure was basically pain free. 5 stars.
Dr. Case would not except my 3 year old son back because he missed an appointment because his dad could not find the office. Not sure why a doctor's office can't understand these things happen. I would not recommend going there for a RELIABLE caretaker since they seem petty to accidents like this.
Dr Case is a wonderful physician and I completely trust my family in her care. She shows compassion and listens wholeheartedly to the patient which is a perk in my book. Would HIGHLY recommend her to any and all.
