I have never met a more caring, compassionate and professional GP in my life. I have had many 30 second consults from numerous Indian / African GP's at bulk billed practices. Dr Cattell is a great GP and absolutely worth the wait ti see.
Was recommended to see Dr Catell only to have the receptionist say she wasnt taking new clients - no phone manner and / or respect. No solutions offered. Bummer !!
Amazing Doctors! Dr Rebeccca I would say is one the best doctor I have met and loves what she does! You want a Doctor surgery that’s lovey, kind, understanding and takes the time with there patient than this is the one to go to! 5 stars and way more. Everyone I have met there is fantastic!
Very Unfriendly Receptionist: speaks respectless from the beginning! they charge more than the double to people without medicare. on my comment (with friendly, low voice) that this seems a little bit much, she says loud and very unfriendly "fair enough" and simply hangs up!
