Great bedside manner, caring and knowledgeable.
This review is for the scheduling person. I left a message to make an appt for a routine endoscope. New to this office, my old doctor has moved. 3 hours later I get a call back. I have Insurance, PPO. No referral needed. After telling her I was in pain and was having a hard time swallowing she could care less. She said since I was self referring I had to drive to their office to fill out paperwork, then they would order medical records, the doctors would then review my files to see if I could have an appt. she said after all... read more
