Been a patient with Dr Mamdami for over 20 years. He listens to you and doesn't rush you. If you need a rush appointment, they'll get you in asap. And Debbie his nurse is very kind and thorough.
This is very unprofessional customer service I have experience in my life.especialy those women who works in counters, they are so arrogant and ignorant.I was standing for ask a question and they don't even look at me, they were ignoring me. I don't know what is the problem with them.
NP was horrible, loud, not listening to concerns, did not seem to care about anything but getting people in and out, will not be returning to see her, however Dr. Mamdani is wonderful and I will return only to see him. For a perspective, I have been a nurse for 40 years and have never seen this kind of bedside manner!!!
