NP was horrible, loud, not listening to concerns, did not seem to care about anything but getting people in and out, will not be returning to see her, however Dr. Mamdani is wonderful and I will return only to see him. For a perspective, I have been a nurse for 40 years and have never seen this kind of bedside manner!!!
Nurse sticking a used contaminated needle and sticking it into the examination table , gross and totally against the universal standards

This is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve been to in my whole life, I’m willing to sue them at this point, Dr. Memdani is profoundly rude, I went there & they told me I have a brain swell.
