Dr. Tsang is very kind and professional but unfortunately there is a front desk employee who is extremely rude. So much so that I after going to this clinic my entire life, I have decided to switch dentists. Every time I call in to book an appointment I get a lecture from her, and every time I go to the dentist, she just makes it a miserable experience. Dr. Tsang: 5/5. Front Desk Staff: 0/5.

I have been a patient for many years and have never been dissatisfied with the quality of care received. I am appreciative of the excellent service provided for my family which includes my grandchildren.
