I received professional service throughout my visit to Radiant Dental. I noticed (felt) a small chip on the back of one of my molars. I called the office and booked an appointment to have the gap filled in. The tooth was X-rayed and the image revealed a large cavity hidden inside the tooth alongside the original amalgam filling. It was a surprise I wasn’t expecting! Dr. Tsang showed me the cavity on the screen and explained that it’s a “sneaky” type of cavity, and that the chip I noticed is likely the result of that cavity. ... read more
Dr. Tsang is very kind and professional but unfortunately there is a front desk employee who is extremely rude. So much so that I after going to this clinic my entire life, I have decided to switch dentists. Every time I call in to book an appointment I get a lecture from her, and every time I go to the dentist, she just makes it a miserable experience. Dr. Tsang: 5/5. Front Desk Staff: 0/5.
