Sometimes there’s a long wait time, but unfortunately you’ll have that everywhere these days. Very nice staff. I always receive a call back or message on patient portal within 12 hours. Dr. Q is a very down-to-earth doctor. He listens, and is very compassionate. I have recommended a few friends to him, which they all have the same feelings towards him. Awesome bedtime manor!

Impossible to reach by phone. No answers to patient portal messages. One nurse for 3 locations. Phones often turned off or non functional. Overloaded with patients. Extreme wait times. Office in a state of hysterical disarray, and severely understaffed. Unable to receive care in a timely fashion, resulting in further complications and emergency visits. Angry patients often in office complaining very loudly about the above issues. My fiance won't post this review, so I have. This office has perfected evil.
