My wife scheduled her first appointment and showed up as planned, only to be told by the receptionist that it had been cancelled by mistake. While frustrating, she rescheduled right then and there. Fast forward to the day before her new appointment—no confirmation call. When she reached out to the office, they told her again that she had no appointment on the books. This guy obviously only cares about money. He definitely has received plenty of mine. The handling of the closing of HerKare in League City was horrible. Thanks for the beautiful text message announcing the rapid closing.
Dr. Westbrook has been my doctor for eight plus years. He NEVER makes you feel like he is in a hurry or that you are just another patient. He will sit and listen to you! His nurse Teresa has been with him longer than I've been a patient and she is just the best! She is very caring and concerned about your well being and will do her best to get you in to see Doctor Westbrook as fast as she can. They are an AMAZING team!! Y'all should make an appointment and go see them. You won't regret it!!
I made an appointment for a phone consultation with Dr. Westbrook, but his Physician's Assistant called me instead. She was very rude and not at all helpful.
