Great doctor.
Did not get my make my appointment the nurse who answered the phone was completely rude and did not let me finish a sentence. Mind you, I was just looking for a pcp now I won’t be looking near Tolleson.
Love Dr Valdivia. He’s like the Tio in the family. Speaks freely and Very blunt, straight to the point. The staff is great as well. It’s been a few times where they’ve been able to accommodate same day visits.
This man should not be a Doctor based on just the way he treats people like they are less than human. There is a difference between being straightforward and rude. Straightforward can be kind without condescension. Dr. Raymond does not do that. My disabled mother saw this man once. In that one appointment he called her fat. She told him she had a bypass surgery on her stomach that made her stomach the size of an egg. He said "well you can't tell." He asked how much weight she lost.
