I honestly can’t speak to any experience with Dr. Mason, as I’ve never been a patient of his, but I have been a patient at this office for seven years. They can’t seem to hold onto a nurse practitioner; the two that I’ve seen over the years (who were both awesome) have either left the practice suddenly or were essentially relocated to other offices fairly far away and phased out to one day per week at the Massillon office. Always takes time to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend.
Based on other reviews, Dr. Mason is apparently a good doctor and I didn't wish to disparage him. But I recommend avoiding any office or hospital that's been bought out by Cleveland Clinic due to significantly inflated costs. CONTEXT I'm a 50 year old male with high blood pressure and mild depression, both managed with low-dose medication. Otherwise healthy.
