Dr. Noellert is a very talented and ethical hand doctor and surgeon. He takes a lot of time in considering your personal needs and with talking/communicating with you. In my case, I THOUGHT I wanted cosmetic surgery to eliminate my arthritic disfigurement. Dr. Noellert will NOT do this kind of surgery IF it means you might lose FUNCTIONALITY of your hands.
