I went the for my hip, he was more concerned about my smoking than actually addressing why I was there. He asked me what I did for work, and when I said I was retired, he muttered under his breath “Must be nice”. He argued with me about where my neck was fused (he had no imaging and that not why I was there), and was only interested in scheduling an MRI with another IU facility. I will never set foot in another IU facility because of how this doctor treated me and how condescending and arrogant he was. If this is how IU doct... read more
I’ve seen Dr. Jalal for several years. I have spinal problems, shoulder problems, and knee problems. He’s done one of the possibly several spinal surgeries I’ve needed and it was an awesome relief. The other one is coming soon. The longer you know him, the more you realize that he is super bright and super qualified. He’s also friendly and able to explain things in a manner that lay people understand him. I highly recommend him and feel that we’re lucky to have someone this qualified in the small town of Lafayette.

Rude, short talk and down right not personable. Took over 30 minutes to see him for 2 minutes. Not joking! I'm so annoyed was told my sons elbow was fractured then come here it's just a sprain?! Waste of money and time.
