I visited Dr. Ziaei's office approximately 10 years ago and had four root canals with crowns placed. Unfortunately, none of the crowns lasted more than five years. One crown broke in less than two years, and when I returned to the office, I was charged an additional $1,000 for a replacement, which also failed within two years. The other three crowns eventually came off as well—one of them during the pandemic, when I could not access any dental office for several months.
