Dr Yoong is absolutely amazing. He diagnosed my issue accurately and clearly advised that I would need a surgical ablation procedure. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel very comfortable and confident about the treatment. On the day of the procedure, he was extremely friendly, calm, and reassuring. Dr Ray Yoong has been absolutely incredible throughout our entire IVF journey. After seven years of infertility and a complex medical history including endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS, I truly did not know if this day would ever come. Procedure - Laparoscopy excision of endometriosis- Moderate, Endometrial ablation, tubes removed and an ovary that was stuck to my uterus. If I could give more stars I would. Absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I had a bit of trouble getting my referral from my gp but Alice followed up on my behalf and kept me updated.
