Switched from my OB to this group and so glad I did! I was worried about being pushed into extra interventions with the OB and with these midwives I always felt like I was a part of the decision making process. They are so warm and supportive, everything was done with my comfort or well being and that of the baby's in mind, nothing was rushed, and their care was consistent and evidence based. Can't say enough good things. Only regret that I won't have them for my next pregnancy once I leave Nashville.
I used the West End Midwives for both my deliveries, 2/2016 and 2/2018. Lori delivered my first and made my experience so calm and enjoyable. She talked me through everything and reassured me along the way, I couldn’t have asked for a better first delivery. Liz delivered my second, which came much faster, and she was great! I felt supported and heard the entire time for both. Highly recommend this group of midwives!!
I've had all 3 of my kids with the midwives, and can't say enough about them. The staff is always warm and caring.. Sometimes waiting to be seen can take some time but in thats probably because birth can be unexpected 🤪 One thing I will say is anyone who has the chance of having Lori Cabbage deliver your baby is in for a treat! She actually delivered my first and I fully believe, she kept me from having to have a c-section! Lori also delivered my second and it went off without a hitch.
