Author: Cheryl Pulido. Why???! Everytime I go here my prescriptions are never sent the same day. When they are sent it's not all of them and it's always to the wrong pharmacy. Now I talked to them 4x this morning bc they were closing at noon due due Christmas Eve and they assured me my last prescription from Dr Gomez would be sent in. Surprise surprise of course it isn't!!!! Merry Christmas to me I guess, right???? Avoid this place if you need any prescriptions, period!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Nagi started off by being very professional, she put me on a plan to manage my anxiety and I followed her every instruction to a T. Now mind you this is right in the middle of the worst of the pandemic, where we did strictly on-line visits. I was her patient for 5 almost 6 months taking the medication as prescribed and at her every direction. The office staff is very unpleasant. This is my second encounter with them via phone that has made me want to get a new doctor entirely after being a patient here 3 years. Evelyn needs more training with patient care and how to handle situations. She was rude and placed me on hold in the middle of me speaking. The manager Rachael was dismissive and uncaring as well.
