Plain aweful the older receptionist are extremely rude and passive aggressive and they will make you not have your meds if u like miss one appointment like absolutely disgusting no regard for being polite
Receptionist very rude and the only doctors office that most people know that will make you go without your meds and cause you to be sick absolutely aweful like the older receptionist needs to be fired
I wish I could do 0 stars. I had the misfortune of being with Dr. Soodan for about a year because my PCP retired and transferred many of his patients to him. The straw that broke the camel's back was when we were discussing my headaches (which are part of occipital neuralgia an incredibly painful and debilitating condition for some.) excellent PCP. Very kind and extremely thorough. He takes the necessary time with his patients.
