Wish I could choose a negative stars because this office doesn't deserve any star rating This office visit and contact after has been totally horrible. I have a blood clot in my leg. I spent 4hours in this office for my first visit. Was told at that point I was to not work. Was scheduled for a follow up ultrasound two weeks later. Once I got there I was told that my appointment was cancelled. The extreme lack of professionalism in this office, including the extraordinary long wait times for me to officially not be seen because of no one seems to wanna sister patients or see their patients. There should really be some reevaluation on the office and their procedures on scheduling and dealing with patients. They should be courteous of patients times as well. I am extremely upset with the lack of care.
Rude and inconsiderate of your time. A 1 hour wait time in the waiting room is the norm. If they put you in an examination room, plan on another 30 to 45 wait. It's ridiculous!!!
