This office has no idea what they are doing, zero communication and error-prone. After 3 months and nearly 40 phone calls among all parties involved, they could not figure out how to write a prescription correctly. I would suggest driving across town to another practice if you have to.
I’ve been under Dr.Kondavetti’s care since I was hospitalized with UC in 2012. He’s been amazing over the years.
Dr. Kondaveti is a nice enough guy, but his staff are rude at best. He also likes to overbook himself. There are way better options in the area.
Dr. Ravi Kondavetti was excellant! He was professional, and very friendly. He answered any questions I had and didn’t rush me, even when they were having a busy day. The staff was very friendly.
