After my postpartum checkup, the OB-GYN gently introduced the topic of birth control. Since I wasn’t very familiar with my options, she explained everything clearly and without pressure. I opted for a low-hormone method that fits my lifestyle. A few weeks later, she followed up to see how I was doing. Her careful, respectful approach was refreshing and much appreciated.
Honestly, the least I can do is praise her. She’s straightforward, and her advice could make this third pregnancy my best one yet. For the first time, I truly feel ready!
