I called and left a message that I would like to make an appointment. No return call. Called again and told a staff member that it’s been two years since I saw him. I had a growth removed and wanted to make an appointment to have my thyroid checked. I was told she would check with him and call me back. I have yet to hear back!
They weren't kidding this is the most unprofessional clinic every . They are so disrespectful and inconsiderate it's actually crazy this place is still running and they have a license. The doctor and staff just don't care and they just want the paycheck. Please consider going here talk to your insurance and ho somewhere else. There a reason why the reviews are bad here. Dont go to this terrible clinic
Speaking on behalf of my mother who has thyroid issues & went to this “Dr” in hopes he would help her but instead he overly medicated my mom & when she would tell him her problems he simply would talk over her, did not care, & dismissed her concerns. I have hashimoto’s thyroiditis and my PCP referred me to Dr. Borra. I was hesitant because there are many bad reviews, mentioning him and his staff. However, my experience has not been bad. The staff has always been able to help me with scheduling appointments, making payments for co-pays or labs, and getting my prescription refilled. There has been one time in which I had to call back a second time to request a refill, but it is not by any means a regular occurrence. The women at the front desk are very kind and helpful.
