Good experience
Staff and Dr. Botla are very pleasant and easy to talk to. Dr.Botla explains everything so you can understand about your treatment.The wait is very short from arrival to seeing Dr. Would highly recommend him to friends and family.
I’ve always been VERY nervous to go to the doctor. Dr. Botla made me feel so calm and relieved with his professional yet understanding demeanor. He actually listened to my needs and was so thorough in his recommendations.
I hate going to GI doctor. Dr Botka is new to me since I just moved to the area. He is so kind! Compassionate and calm voice. Made me feel comfortable with him. And he explains everything! I wholeheartedly recommend him to any one needing the services of a gastroenterologist!!!!
All my doctors are compassionate, interested in my health and how I’m treated . Dr Botla didn’t want to hear my concern of waiting excessively to be seen how someone that had a appointment one he later than myself got called in before me. He flatly told me if I wasn’t happy to find another doctor. I felt humiliated and would not recommend anyone go see Dr Botla. This was not my first visit. BUT it will be my LAST!
