Took my 82 year old fragile father for an appointment. We waited 1 hour in the waiting room. Then 30 minutes in the hallway. Then the exam room another hour. My father’s larg intestine isn’t functioning properly. Therefore, he weighs 99 lbs at 5’5”. Severely malnourished due inability to nourish adequately. Dr. Raul Zayas, MD, is an incredible physician who truly cares about his patients, but the office staff has been a nightmare to deal with and has put my mother’s health at risk. Their lack of professionalism, urgency, and concern for patient safety is unacceptable and has left me completely livid. My mother is diabetic and depends on insulin to survive.
