I recently had to change my PCP because of the consistent issues with the front desk staff. Dr. Zayas himself is a good doctor, but unfortunately the staff at the front office has been rude every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. People like Christina front desk and a manager who allow aggressive staff to neglect their duties and allows poor professionalism. It’s concerning that the manager is afraid to correct these actions, which speaks volumes about the entire workplace culture. This behavior starts from the top. Explains all the poor reviews.

I would not recommend wasting your time with this office! Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was unprofessional especially Christina at the front desk and even the office manager failed to handle the situation appropriately, matching the same negative energy. The people in the front desk are horrible, Christina was no help and the office manager even worst. Why do people work if they refuse to do their job! Avoid this office for your own sanity. They have little regard for your precious time.

The dr office front desk name Christina and the office manager were the worse and very rude. Please don't use this Dr. Since you will have to deal with these 2 people. They will make it impossible for you. They literally did with the insurance the wanted us to call and find out the eligibility which we had already. They kept speaking over us. Since when do we need to dontheir job. Why are they there for then.
