They should have reviews for the staff especially the lady who handles the authorizations. Dr RAUL should find some new employees who have a better attitude with patients and other offices, especially working with the certain types of patients they see. if i could give a negative star for the staff, THEY SUCK. but the dr is AMAZING
Hands down one of the best doctors I’ve seen. He knew my history before I met him and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took his time, made eye contact and was a straight shooter. He’s exceptional.

If there were more than 5-stars to give, Dr. Varcarcel should have 9, at the very least. If you can wrap your head around this...He actually LOOKS at HIS Patients instead of his PHONE!!! Excellence in medicine is a given. He and his staff share excellence as human beings, as well!!!
