Excellent Doctor, he’s carrying, professional, explains everything very detailed, perfect Spanish and staff very friendly and knowledgeable!
He's very thorough with the s/p surgery procedure & condition of my mom. The after-care instructions are also well explained. Dr. Oviedo's very nice and caring!
