This review is for the AdventHealth system, rather than Dr Castillo. My Dad has quite a serious diagnosis and we couldn't get an appointment with Dr Castillo till a month from now. Trying to get ahold of his scheduler or sending a message through to the doctor is next to impossible. You are directed to some middle man, everytime you call, rather than his office. All I wanted was for someone from Puerto Rico to talk to my dad about what looks like a terminal case. My Dad doesn't speak English and it would've been great to hav... read more
Awesome, knowledgeable, dependable, and busy BUT spends the time needed to make sure you understand the prognosis and the action plan to make things better. I would highly recommend.
He supposed to be an oncologist, but he refused to see my dad when his message making him vomit and stop eating with shortness of breath so he said just go to the ER.....no concern whatsoever, not even a phone to follow up! Terrible bedside manner
