My Uncle who has deep health conditions has been seeing Dr. Kholi MD for some yrs. He has great things to say about this doctor. I will be going there to pick up some medical forms that were dropped off by my uncle to this office so I Pray all is completed & correct when I pick it up.
Honestly wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I’ve been calling them for almost 2 weeks just for a referral to a surgeon and some how I cannot get a referral to save my life. I no longer live in the state so I had to make a trip here so that I could be able to get a referral to get surgery because of nerve and tendon damage. I can’t even get them to call me back and let me know anything literally need nothing from him but a referral to a surgeon. Not satisfy at all I gave him a medical form to fill out for employment and when i came back for it I didnt recieve my original form that was given to him instead i get a print out and its not a clear print out. When i ask a my original form the anseer was he mess it up
