Referred to Dr Rasul for chronic neck & lumbar pain. In May 2018, during 1st (only) visit Dr Rasul recommended MRI. His staff scheduled my MRI with a non-provider allowed with my blue shield PPO (which would have been extremely costly) and when I asked to reschedule MRI with a provider on my insurance list (i provided 2 others in SLO), his staff told me to call and schedule MRI of my choice directly!
