I like many are not fan of dentist. But. When you walk in it is a very clean and relaxing environment. Renato at front dest was very helpful and friendly very efficient he than introduced me to Jill Jill does all the prep work before dentist comes in. Jill addressed any concerns I had and made me feel comfortable. Jill has a very pleasant personality and makes you forget about the dentist. Jill and the dentist were extremely gentle and friendly. We had an amazing experience here! My mom needed a root canal, and the entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. They truly went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for. A special thank you to Cristin, Grace, and Barb, and of course Dr. Rastegar!!! 😊 We are so thankful for the care and compassion shown to my mom, and we honestly couldn’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!
Professional & Kind!! Every staff member is kind and courteous. The building is spotless, contemporary and very upto date in technology. Dr Rastegar is very professional, explained every step he was doing, was re-assuring and always had my comfort level as his priority. Outstanding care. His assistant (wish i could remember her name) was also outstanding ! Kind, courteous and efficient !!
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, only to find that the doctor had already left. I was told that the administrative office had tried to reach me, but upon checking, I found that they had been calling the wrong number. This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
