This happened at the Military & lake location Dentist is great billing is not. I informed them that i had some money left on my insurance and i wanted to get a certain tooth(i explained exactly which one) fixed before the year and my money had run out. I arrived and again stated what i wanted and why. The doctor arrived did the procedure and i was leaving when the woman at checkout (who was a little rude) said because i had that tooth worked on already in 2019 that my insurance would not cover it and i had to pay the full am... read more
This was years ago but - Awful experience where they really messed up my mouth. I was in so much pain, I could barely open my mouth. Ended up needing a root canal due to the poor work they did. I asked to see one of their other dentists but they never did anything about it. And the dentist was rude on top of that.
