Dr. Nigam conducted cataract surgery on my eyes. She is a highly professional doctor who gets straight to the point. The results were excellent. I appreciate that Dr. Nigam does not waste time with small talk but rather simply addresses the medical needs of her patients. Thank you Dr. Nigam.
Horrible experience. Told her eye drops were not done. She poked me and the pain was terrible. She never apologized or explained anything. I left in pain. Cancelled with her and changed Dr. Do not waste your time.
I had a procedure done where dr. Nigam lasered holes into my eye to prevent glaucoma. I can’t say enough bad things about this doctor honestly. Horrible bedside manner. She doesn’t explain anything about what to expect, how to take care of things afterwards. Nothing. And then she Gets frustrated with you when your body’s natural response is to pull away when she’s sticking things into your eye.
