Like most people I have anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Rashmi Beedubail and the amazing, friendly staff are very comforting. I’ve had 3 or 4 visits over the years with a good experience every time!
I asked for dental technician to please not touch the plastic coating that goes in my mouth over the dental equipment. She said everything she touched with her gloves was clean, and I should take her word for it . I said I'm not comfortable with that. Could you please just not touch the plastic coating that goes in my mouth . She brought in another dental and assistant, they gained up on me and cancel my dental appointment. All I asked, was please don't touch the plastic coating with your dirty gloves that goes in my mouth.
Crossroads Dental Care has become a family dentistry spot for us now. I have always had good care and consultation. My wife recently started going there too and had a positive experience. But what stood out was the treatment my 7 year old daughter received here recently. She was going to a kids dentistry place but we changed here because of change in insurance. Highly recommend this place for root canal and crown! Friendly staff and dentist. They accept care credit.
