☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at the Forestville office. The biggest issue was the condition of the office. The waiting room was extremely hot—not just warm, but hot enough that patients were visibly uncomfortable and sweating. The air felt stuffy and difficult to breathe. I should’ve listened to the reviews. I was hesitant with the mixed reviews but on the website, there were plenty of appointments for a pap smear within the next day. So on the day of the appointment, I decided to call to make sure everything’s right. They said that the doctor who does pap smears doesn’t work there anymore.
