The wait times are atrocious even with an appointment, but they expect you to keep coming back. Good luck getting your medicine when you need a prescription updated, they hardly ever pick up the phone or return messages unless of course they need money. I give up, I’m going somewhere else.
I think doctor is awesome and I feel comfortable that he going to look after my healthcare. Had no issues and I been seeing him for 5 years on off
Mom been needing her medication and everytime I call no-one answers or they'll say they called her prescription to pharmacy. But when I call pharmacy it's not there. This office used to be great the staff was wonderful. Idk what happened
Always waiting to see the dr. Past my allotted time. Was supposed to get new meds filled but never called them in. Appointment was Wednesday here it is Friday still no meds have been called in for me from my visit Wednesday.
