Great doctor. The front desk staff are not They keep misplacing information Always joking around and not sure who they are calling. Last time they called me they had the wrong patient and when I questioned them they giggle and just hanged up. Not very professional at all. I called to get results for the bloodwork they didn’t know how to explain them. I called several times and didn’t get anywhere For those reason I’m looking for another doctor
Dr. Paul is the best primary care, internist I have ever experienced. Very knowledgeable and listens to your problems and concerns. Patiently explains his diagnosis and recommendation
I took an appt for my son to get a diagnosis of him not breathing properly. But Dr. Paul was not there so I met the Nurse practitioner. She was great. I asked her to give me a referral to a specialist. She was ready to do the same but when I came to the front desk, they said, we will call your Specialist and give everything. But nothing was done by the front desk and my teenage son missed a very important appointment with a Specialist.
