Waited months with my daughter and her condition to finally get some answers at this appointment. We got none. Very rude and dismissive to our experience and told us no further testing was needed and although other tests were elevated they can’t be relied upon. We wasted $350 just to have a chat saying take antihistamines. No patience, kindness or empathy. If they didn’t think we needed the appointment, they could have let us know prior.
Have waited MONTHS for my toddler to get in to see this allergist, 3 days prior to her appointment, reception staff cancelled our appointment without warning as I hadn’t confirmed within two hours of them sending a confirmation text. To cancel someone else’s appointment at the drop of a hat without speaking to them first should be considered malpractice. Reception staff were rude at the time of originally booking as well. Dr Bhatia is an awful doctor, never seen a doctor like her, arrogant, not willing to listen, full of nonsense, I took my little boy for allergy test, I told doctor I wish to have food test, as I have allergies towards food (seafood, milk, ect) myself, I suspect my little boy may also have allergies towards certain food, she refused to have food test, she said if the food test come out positive, I will not give my child the food. I wish to give her ZERO star, this site requires at lease one star, she doesn’t deserve any stars... read more
Dr Bhatia is very professional and patient, the reception staff is also nice.
Dr Rani is lovely, took a lot of time to explain everything to us and went above and beyond. Reception staff friendly. We had a very good experience this morning and felt very well cared for. Thank you.
