On my first appointment, I did not like her professionalism or her attitude. I was supposed to have a second appointment yesterday and after waiting outside for 15 minutes a gentleman came out to tell me the doctor had an emergency in Toronto but the office had called all the patients the day before to reschedule. I never got that call. We drove an hour in a snowstorm to get there and an hour to get back home in a snowstorm.
