When I called to make an appointment to see Doctor Ranga Krishna ( Neurologist,) a month ago.The woman who answered the phone was RUDE! She had music playing loud in the background. Not only was she crass when talking to me, she is incompetent. When I went on the day of my appointment, the Doctor was off that day. The women at the front desk told me the doctor doesn’t work today. A woman asked “ which day did you make your appointment?” They knew who made the appointment error. They shook their heads.
