It’s a shame to give only one star because I really liked Dr. Randy Ward and his nurse. They both made me feel safe and listened to during my appointment. However, the lady at the reception was very rude. She was unkind and made the experience uncomfortable. Front desk staff are the first point of contact for patients, and they should treat people with respect and kindness. I truly felt that she was impatient and dismissive, especially toward immigrants. Dr Ward is a great doctor and he has some really good NPs (Nurse Practitioners) on his team. They get stuff done. They have always looked after me really well. Four stars because pretending anyone is perfect is not realistic.

I love the strictness and borderline rudeness, the staff have at this fine establishment. When I told the doctor (or who I assume was the doctor)my name after meeting him for the first time, his only response was "we can only talk about the issue you made the appointment for". If I could give zero stars and leave a review I would. After years of not having a family doctor it was exciting and hopeful to finally get one, but if I would have known then what I know now about this clinic I would declined. After a three year wait we finally have a family doctor. My wife and I received a notice that Dr. Randy Ward would take us on and his office scheduled a phone meet and greet at an appointed time, which they kept to their word. At the appointed time we were greeted by Chelsea (not sure of spelling) who went through our medical history. Chelsea was very cordial.
