I wish I could give a minus 100 rating. This is most pathetic medical experience in my life. Never pick up phones, never offer another shot at callbacks. Charge $50 for NOTHING! How do you people even call yourselves medical professionals?! Shame on you and your lack of availability. Zero skills as a doctor, hurrying up in diagnosis, multiple months of delays in hearing back about critical medical report, always going on freaking vacations. Disgusting! It’s a shame to give only one star because I really liked Dr. Randy Ward and his nurse. They both made me feel safe and listened to during my appointment. However, the lady at the reception was very rude. She was unkind and made the experience uncomfortable. Front desk staff are the first point of contact for patients, and they should treat people with respect and kindness. I truly felt that she was impatient and dismissive, especially toward immigrants. Dr Ward is a great doctor and he has some really good NPs (Nurse Practitioners) on his team. They get stuff done. They have always looked after me really well. Four stars because pretending anyone is perfect is not realistic.

The front desk “manager” Line is very rude and hard to deal with, I have mentioned it to the nurses previously that she makes me feel uncomfortable and is belittling, and they always make excuses for her behaviour, such as her being overworked or trying to handle the lack of receptionist help, but today she crossed a line. when I asked for clarity about an appointment because what I was told over the phone was different than what she was telling me, she claimed I was being rude and giving her attitude, I was talking to her ... read more

I love the strictness and borderline rudeness, the staff have at this fine establishment. When I told the doctor (or who I assume was the doctor)my name after meeting him for the first time, his only response was "we can only talk about the issue you made the appointment for".
