If I could give zero stars and leave a review I would. After years of not having a family doctor it was exciting and hopeful to finally get one, but if I would have known then what I know now about this clinic I would declined. It's easier to get through to a radio station for a contest than it is to get Dr. Randy Ward's receptionists to pick up the phone. I've spent entire afternoon calling non-stop trying to get to anyone with no luck. If they call you, it's from a Private Number, and if you happen to miss the call, they charge you $40 and there's no way for you to call back because, again, the receptionist never answers. I first got this doctor I was told to take my weight and blood pressure for him. And I got a call back which was very rude telling me that I was class 3 obesity only based off of my bmi, the person I was talking to on the phone, tried to tell me that they expect me to do a certain amount of exercise. When I told her that I get enough i was told that my only options were surgery or pills. It's easier to get into a clinic than it is to get ahold of dr ward.

I love the strictness and borderline rudeness, the staff have at this fine establishment. When I told the doctor (or who I assume was the doctor)my name after meeting him for the first time, his only response was "we can only talk about the issue you made the appointment for". I can't imagine the challenges these fine folk have to navigate, in this province's health care framework, that led to this counter intuitive way of providing health care.Their system works, but be prepared to keep coming back many times or get calls f... read more

The front desk “manager” Line is very rude and hard to deal with, I have mentioned it to the nurses previously that she makes me feel uncomfortable and is belittling, and they always make excuses for her behaviour, such as her being overworked or trying to handle the lack of receptionist help, but today she crossed a line. when I asked for clarity about an appointment because what I was told over the phone was different than what she was telling me, she claimed I was being rude and giving her attitude, I was talking to her ... read more
