I prefer not to leave bad reviews but the customer service here has been very much lacking the last few times we have been in. Today I received 2 phone calls from them on my house phone number while I was at work, the first at 9:28am to let me know that my son had an appointment tomorrow morning at 8am and if they didn’t hear back from me by 1pm it would be cancelled. I had a dental emergency over the weekend. I was able to speak with a dentist on Saturday evening and received some advice that got me through the weekend. The following Monday (today), I received an appointment first thing and my horrible pain was treated with extreme care and professionalism. I am afraid of dentistry and the people here were very kind and compassionate, they listened to me and put me at ease. I have been going here for over 20 years. Since Dr Koniuk took over the prices have been going up like crazy. I have a 100% dental coverage and today
They are terrible. The lady on the phone was so rude. They accused me of not showing up at the appointment time but the appointment date was the next day. They try to charge you for not attending the appointment. Don't trust them. Please go find yourself another dental clinic even you have to wait longer.
