This Dr VIOLATED my Patient Rights as an VOLUNTARILY ADMISSION, no one forced me under Threat Duress or Coercion. I went in for some Mental Health related things. I didn't have no harm done to myself but a Cat scratch. And they Put me into the Mental health Behavioral services Center. I was given a Vaccine and a pill which I totally Disagree that the combination of that w no studies Long Term or Short is Risky. Vaccines in general are very Dangerous.
