Dr Fink has moved out of Miami to live in Colorado. As of 5/15/21 he no longer sees patients. He has left his practice to 2 nurse practitioners, 1 physician assistant and Dr. Moreno. The staff is notifying patients as they call to cancel appointments. Very unprofessional. I had an appointment for next week and it was cancelled.
I just visited Dr Fink in his Key Largo office this past Friday. I live in Miami and drove the extra 1.5 hours to see him there at the keys because I now am off on Fridays and he do happens to work at that office on Fridays. He's been my doctor for the last 16 years and delivered my last 2 children ages 16 & 14. I understand he now doesn't do deliveries. He takes his time and listens and is very knowledgeable.
I have never experienced worse customer service than i did at this place. They never answer the phone I had to walk in to get an appointment. The doctor didn’t even see me it was the assistant. They didn’t explain pricing correctly and so I ended up having to pay extra, AND they never got back to me with the adjusted total they promised so i had to call the lab directly. Honestly I can’t believe the lack of professionalism. They just want your money. Never going back.
Everyone here was extremely professional and kind! The front desk lady was polite and courteous, the ultrasound tech was sooo nice and we had a great conversation about recipes! Haha! The phlebotomist was so quick and precise with no pain, the midwife is caring and did a quick and painless pap smear and professional and literally every single person who works here made me feel welcome and comfortable! The office is very clean and I felt safe going in there! Highly recommended! 😃 Thanks guys! - Mrs. Riveron
