I'm not the type of person who usually leaves feedback, but I had to for this place. I'd been battling wrist pain for months—just shrugging it off thinking it would disappear. Spoiler: it didn't. Se tomó el tiempo en cada cita antes de la operación para explicarme en términos simples lo que iba a ocurrir y después de la operación sus instrucciones fueron claras y muy efectivas. Honestly, this place was a lifesaver. I had injured my finger months ago and thought it would just heal on its own. It didn’t. I finally made the call and booked an appointment. The doc was super chill, explained things in a way that made sense, and helped me weigh my options. I ended up doing a simple outpatient procedure and I’m already back to normal activities. Everyone was friendly, and I never felt rushed or talked down to. Great team, great care.
The whole team here is just excellent. I came in with pain in my pinky and thought it was something minor, but it turned out I had a small fracture that hadn’t healed properly. They were super thorough and kind, and the doc walked me through my options. I had a small surgery, and everything was done so professionally. My hand is back in action and I’m really thankful I went to them.
Okay, I’ve been putting off writing this because I’m lazy, but these people deserve a shout-out. I had surgery on my wrist after a fall, and everything from start to finish was just top-notch. Scheduling was easy, the office was clean, the staff was super friendly, and my doctor was not only smart but also had a great sense of humor (which really helped ease my nerves).
